Friends School Haverford seeks a new full-time Director of Admission. The school is fully described on this website, and we encourage candidates to dig deeply.
The Director of Admission is principally responsible for student recruitment, enrollment, re-enrollment, and financial aid. S/he will report to the Head, will be an important member of the Administrative and Marketing Committees, will be involved with faculty, students and parents every day, and will interact the our friends Community Organization and the Haverford Monthly Meeting of Friends. The successful candidate will quickly become central to this community.
We seek a candidate who:

Is a thoughtful, responsive listener
Is collaborative by nature
Is an optimist
Is organized
Has 3 or more years of independent school admission experience
Is comfortable making presentations to a variety of audiences
Has a proven record in sales, marketing, or related work
Is fluent and comfortable with social networking media
Knows the Main Line, Philadelphia, and surrounding area
Has a knack with numbers
Wants to make an impact
