June 18th - August 10th, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, $250 per week*
The Day Camp program is designed for children ages 3-8, providing them with exciting and creative activities each day on our beautiful Haverford campus. Children will express their creativity through arts & crafts and loads of fun and imaginative play! Our older campers (5-8) will also spend time in our state of the art computer lab getting familiar with cutting-edge computer skills. This promises to be a fun filled summer for all!
Each day will both excite and engage campers with new and interesting activities to explore. Whether it is spending time in our organic gardens, walking along nature trails, or intricate jewelry-making and crafts, campers will never find themselves at a loss for options. Students will learn new songs and dances, and write and perform short original plays and films. Our summer staff will guide the campers in explorations of new and wonderful worlds!
*Must register for 2 consecutive weeks. See schedule on registration form for details.

4 week program, June 25th - July 20th, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Register by March 1st for $100 off!
Open to ages 8-12, the Young Artist Summer Camp is an engaging adventure for performers of all experience levels!
Study in multiple media!
Campers rehearse and perform scenes from stage and screen, then work together as a film crew to film and edit their work. This gives them a chance to work both in and behind the scenes!
We will also watch, read, and analyze famous works to learn more about the language of film and the dramatic devices used in theater. Our goal is to provide campers with a better understanding of the creative process so they can keep working and learning even after camp ends.
Each week exploring something new!
From early Greek choral performance to modern improv comedy, each week we will study an artistic style and develop a week-ending performance for friends and family at Friends School Haverford! We will also shoot and edit short films and send you home with your very own DVD copy!
Camp begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. Early drop off and late pick up are available. Campers need to bring a lunch and a snack each day. Depending on availability, we will go to see local productions and have guest speakers.
*Camp closed on July 4th.
